1. Cleanse
Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser to remove overnight oils and prepare skin for treatment products. Avoid harsh soaps that may strip the skin barrier.
2. Tone (Optional)
Apply a hydrating toner to help balance skin pH and prepare for better absorption of subsequent products.
3. Apply Serum
Use targeted serums like vitamin C or hyaluronic acid. Vitamin C may help protect against environmental stressors when used in the morning.
4. Moisturize
Apply a moisturizer appropriate for your skin type to help maintain the skin barrier and support hydration.
5. SPF Protection (Essential)
Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher as the final step. Reapply every 2 hours when exposed to sun. This is the most important step for supporting long-term skin health.
Note: Introduce new products gradually, one at a time, to identify any sensitivity. Patch testing is recommended for products with active ingredients.
